So you just had your worst break-up, you can”t seem to sleep, eat or even do something productive because you feel like your life is over. Break-up can be really scary and painful because you have to get back your life like the way you are before you had your relationship. If you just had a break-up or its been weeks or months since your last break-up, you are now in the process of moving on. But what if that ex-lover of yours texted you? Or calls you in your cellphone or landline?
When your ex-lover calls you, you will feel really awkward. Its like you are happy they called you, and furious at the same time because you are already on the process of forgetting them and they just came out of nowhere. That also count when you see each other on the mall, school or any place for that matter. Its like you are back from where you started, sometimes when your ex-lover calls you, its like you are expecting something might happen. Probably you might get back together and you are just going to be left hanging. And this will really hurt you and that pain you felt after you broken up, comes back again. And you are back from the start. So here are some tips for you to avoid this will happen.
Change your number. If you have a chance that you can change your number then do it. This will help you avoid that unexpected call. This will help you move on and so that you can”t have that urge to text them or received any message from them.
Block your ex-lover’’s number. This will actually works from the generation of phones today. You can even google or search some instructions on how to block your past lovers” number.
If they have a landline number of you, then don”t pick-up the phone. Ask any family member to pick up the phone for you, and if it would be your ex-lover in the other line. Then ask any family member to never give the phone to you if it would be your ex-lover. Avoid talking to them, for you to avoid pain and completely recover from your heart break.
And the last thing that might help. Either who decided to breakup, before you do so, try to make some rules. Rules for both of you to move on. Just plan together that you won”t try to contact each other for about a year or so. It really depends on you, but you want to move on quickly, you have to avoid talking to your ex-lover.
