Planning your wedding can be an exciting time as you have so much to look forward to in preparing everything and making sure that your wedding day goes smoothly. It can also be a little bit daunting trying to organize and make sure that everything comes together at the same time of the day. When doing any type of planning is always recommended that you have a schedule set up. Once you have an easy to follow schedule that you and your partner can contribute to you should find the whole process much easier.

About 12 months prior to your wedding you need to make sure you put the reception location. You need to make sure that you also book a photographer to take photographs, if you”re planning to do video photographer may also be able to recommend somebody that he uses all the time or may even provide this service. If you plan on having music in the church you will need to make sure you have musicians booked. You also need to make sure that evening entertainment is booked for your reception.

In or around nine months or courier before your wedding you”ll need to start deciding on a wedding dress. You may need to book appointments at your local bridal store as it can take time for fittings. It suggested you bring a friend to help you pick this also. You will also need to start preparing your guest list making sure that you are including both sides of the family. This will give you a clear indication of the number you will have to wedding and of course the costs associated with it.

About six months before your wedding you”ll need to meet with the professionals at your reception location. They will be able to advise you on your catering needs where you can select your menu and also possibly your sleeping arrangements. If you have any particular songs you would like played in church or for evening entertainment you will need to inform the musicians about this. You”ll also need to book her wedding cars or limousines but make sure you shop around to get the best price.

About three months before your wedding you will he have to start finalizing your guest list. Make sure that you have your wedding rings ordered and you are going through your list on your schedule to make sure that everything is falling into place.

It’’s recommended that you should send your wedding invitations about six weeks before your wedding. Also double check with your travel agent that there are no issues with your honeymoon booking. Generally you should be starting to see most things come together. This is an exciting and that sometimes chaotic time but if you have planned everything beforehand and hopefully not forgotten anything everything should go smoothly and fall into place.

The important thing is that you enjoying this time, it’’s a lot of organization to do for one day but this is a celebration of two people joining together for the rest of their lives.
