Being too suspicious about your husband may also be dangerous to the relationship, or worst, may push the spouse to cheat. Therefore, before you do any surveillance or any other methods of snooping around, you have to assess the situation.

If you think it is too early for you to hire a private investigator or do surveillance, you can start with some small things that you can readily check. You can check how he handles phone calls and casually verify his call logs. If not, you can ask for his pay stub or check on the credit card statements. If these give you reasons to investigate further, you can then move on to the next steps.

If there is something bothering you about his excuses or actions, you can also try to take note carefully of the events that your husband has attended to, or what he tells you. Most often, cheating spouses will be caught by their excuses, so you better sharpen your memory or you can create your own codes and jot it down.

You can also call his phone at times he would least expect you to call, or you can use another number so he will not ignore you or hang up on you.

If he has been spending more time on the computer, you can also check mails or hidden files, check about browsing history, or if he is just to smart to delete all that, you can actually find a software that will allow you to access messages and emails. You can also resort to surveillance cameras and voice recording devices if you find it necessary.

You can also track his phone or his car through GPS. Another thing you can do is plan a vacation or schedule an overtime yourself and surprise him by going home early or at an unannounced date. If you do not want to take chances or if you are not prepared to catch your cheating partner personally, you can also hire a private investigator. Be wary also of your husband’’s friends. Most often, his friends will cover up any infidelities he has done even if they do not agree with the act.

If you are also on the hunting for some clues and proofs about the infidelity, make sure that he will not find out about your snooping around. Do it discreetly. Otherwise, he will get the hint and will be very careful with his moves. He might even stop the affair for a while if he can see hints about your investigating around.

Whatever way you think of catching your cheating husband, be sure that you have thought about the consequences. Make sure that you will be able to handle the situation once you will find out that your husband is indeed cheating on you. It will be difficult indeed but be prepared for the worst and try not to lose control of yourself. Be sure also that you will have enough proofs to counter any excuse that he will make up. Most often, he can think of various excuses to cover up his mistake. When you confront your husband, also think of your safety especially if he has violent tendencies.
