The biggest questions you have to ask yourself when you are planning for your wedding will probably be your wedding date and the location of it. Basically, you can make your final decision merely based on your preference. However, there are also some practical issues you may need to consider.

For your wedding date, you may want to have it on a weekend. However, the fact is that the rent of the venues can be a lot more expensive for an event on a weekend. On the other hand, there are some couples who may not want to have the big day during the Christmas time. This is because a lot of their friends may leave for vacations.

When the location is concerned, your wedding theme will certainly affect your choice and decision. For example, if you are going to host an outdoor event in summer. You may want to have it on a beautiful beach. On the other hand, if you would like to host a winter white wedding, you may need to search for a location which can provide indoor space since it can be too cold to have the reception in an outdoor space.

In fact, a fixed location is not your only choice when you are searching for your venue. There are couples who may want to have the wedding on a train. When the train is traveling, the couple will have the ceremony. The reception will also be happened on the train. The guests will certainly enjoy the beautiful scenery. And it can be very romantic to have a wedding on a train.

Of course you can also arrange a cruise. It can be an excellent idea to have your wedding on a boat. Yes it is very true that it is romantic to have a wedding on the sea. Again, your guests will enjoy the scenery and the romantic feeling of being on the sea.

You will also need to consider your decorations of your wedding venue. The most traditional way is to decorate the venue with fresh flowers. However, this is not your only option. You can consider the decorations in many different ways. Of course you will still need to make it follow your wedding theme. If you are hosting it in a garden, one of the ways is to use some miniature of bird cages to decorate your venue.

If your wedding location is not near your home, you will need to arrange the accommodations as well. You may also need to arrange for your guests. It will be easy to arrange it if you are having your wedding in a hotel ballroom. You can just stay in the hotel afterwards. However, if it is not the case, you may need to take some time to arrange the accommodations.

One last thing is that, it is not very difficult to make the final decision. However, you will certainly need to consider a lot of things such as your budget, the theme and the distance of it from your home. If you can consider all these factors thoroughly, it will be easy for you to make your final decision on the wedding venue and location.
